The 14-Day Reset & Rebalance Programme

The 14-Day Reset & Rebalance programme is designed to make starting feel simple, doable and supported, instead of overwhelming.

Think of it as a two-week guided reset where, in just 10–15 minutes a day, you’ll begin to:

  • Ease stiffness and tension so your body freer and more at ease.
  • Support your bones, joints and posture with effective but gentle movement.
  • Use small shifts in movement, light and timing to improve energy and sleep.
  • Turn one or two of the habits from your guide into things you actually do, not just think about.

No bootcamps, no shouting, no “new you by Friday” promises.

Using the Vitality Blueprint method, it's real-world, science-backed steps that work with your body, your nervous system and your life.

Why 14 days?

Because 14 days is:

  • Short enough that your brain doesn’t panic (“I can try this”).
  • Long enough for your body to feel a real difference.
  • The perfect window to build momentum, not just “have a good day”.

In just 10–15 minutes a day, you’re gently telling your body: “This is what we do now.” And once you start, your body really does begin to meet you halfway.

And it’s not “use it or lose it”

Although it’s called a 14-day reset, you don’t lose access when the 14 days are up.

You get ongoing access to:

  • All the guided movement sessions.
  • The simple daily plan.
  • The reset you can return to whenever life gets busy again.

You can revisit it next month, in six months, next year – whenever you feel yourself slipping and want an easy way to get back on track.

Feel The Difference

Commit to spending a few minutes each day following this programme and you'll feel the difference.

Through gentle Pilates-based movement, mindful breathing, and small nutritional upgrades that support your energy - you'll notice built-up tightness releasing, you're moving with more ease, and waking up feeling refreshed.

If you've been lacking energy and feel like you've lost your "mojo" this could be just the kickstart and motivation you need to keep the momentum going.
