Sarah Clough is a Pilates Teacher, Wellness Speaker, Movement & Longevity Coach, and Founder of The Vitality Blueprint Method.

With 13 years’ teaching experience - and hundreds of women supported - Sarah teaches what works in real bodies, not just in theory. Diagnosed with osteopenia at 39, she brushed it off as “not urgent.” Then at 58, an osteoporosis diagnosis was a shock - because, like many women, she thought she was already doing “all the right things.”
