About Your Host
Sarah Clough is an "empowerer of dreams"! As a Movement & Longevity Coach, Pilates Teacher, Midlife Wellness Advocate and Founder of The Vitality Blueprint Method, her goal is to help women step into their power era.
With over 13 years’ teaching experience - and hundreds of women supported - Sarah teaches what works in real bodies, not just in theory. Diagnosed with osteopenia at 39, she brushed it off as “not urgent.” Then at 58, an osteoporosis diagnosis was a shock - because, like many women, she thought she was already doing “all the right things.”
