Sarah Clough is a Pilates Teacher, Wellness Speaker, Movement & Longevity Coach, and Founder of The Vitality Blueprint Method.
With more than 13 years’ teaching experience - and hundreds of women supported - Sarah teaches what works in real bodies, not just in theory.
